Sarah believes in meeting every individual where they are at and adapting services to the needs of each individual client. She emphasizes a client-centered, trauma informed approach and working somatically within the body to release stress and trauma. Sarah believes that counselling combined with the positive steps to wellbeing, such as exercise, diet, connection with others are the pillars of mental wellness!

Some areas of specialization include working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress and coping, and substance misuse.

Sarah spends most of her free time hanging out with her spouse, 3 kiddos, 2 dogs, and a cranky old cat. She believes in maintaining an active lifestyle and is often seen hiking, cheering on her kiddos in community sports and attending fitness classes. Sarah is a believer in practicing the wellness skills that she recommends for supporting mental health.
